The cost of cups :

One ton papers of 170g/m2 can produce 250,000pcs , the cost is 0.006USD per piece.

One ton papers of 190g/m2 can produce 200,000pcs , the cost is 0.007USD per piece.

The demonstration figure of production line:

1.Purchase papers from the paper factory, They can be roll(left) or cut sheet(right).(Papers per ton will be 80% wall papers and 20% bottom papers)

2.print the papers in different designs and size.

3.Buy the die cutting machine to cut the printed papers in fanshaped, or to finish the process in the print factory.

4. Put the cut and printed wall papers and the roll bottom papers to produce cups.
