How does paper cup machine work?
The paper cup contains two parts that are the wall and the bottom. The paper cup machine processes the bottom and the wall separately and then firmly integrate them into one.
The paper cup material processed by the paper cup machine is mainly coated paper. The paper for the wall of the cup can be processed into a fan shape after printing exquisite patterns in advance. The paper for the bottom of the cup can be rolled paper.
The paper cup machine will automatically process the printed fan-shaped paper into a paper cup tube shape. Bond the wall of the paper cup by thermoforming. The bottom of the paper cup uses roll paper.
Then, the paper cup machine seals the bottom of the cup with the cup wall. When the bottom of the paper cup is glued, a layer of impression is rolled by mechanical movement. The crimping step of the paper cup machine is to shape the mouth of the paper cup.
